Store unopened Bacteriostatic Water at controlled room temperature between 20–25°C, protected from direct light. After the first puncture, keep the vial refrigerated at 2–8°C and do not freeze. Mark the date of first puncture and discard any remaining solution after 28 days, unless otherwise stated on the product label.
Do not use the solution if the seal is damaged, sterility may have been compromised, or the liquid appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains visible particles.
