These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MRPEPTIDE website, customer accounts, content, products and related services.

The website and MRPEPTIDE brand are owned and operated by:

Conspiracy Ventures Inc.
Trading as: MRPEPTIDE
30 N Gould St Ste 44556
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States

Email: shop@mrpeptide.eu

In these Terms, “MRPEPTIDE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Conspiracy Ventures Inc. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, account holder or purchaser using the website.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase products from us.

Additional policies forming part of these Terms include our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Cookie Policy;

  • Returns and Refunds Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Peptide Storage Guide;

  • product-specific instructions and notices.

If a separate written wholesale agreement has been entered into with us, that agreement takes precedence to the extent of any conflict concerning the applicable wholesale order.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or place an order.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • the information you provide is complete and accurate;

  • you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products in your jurisdiction;

  • you understand the research-only nature of the products;

  • you possess the knowledge, facilities and procedures necessary to handle the products safely;

  • you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements.

We may refuse, restrict or cancel access to the website or an order where eligibility, identity, payment, intended use or legal compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Research use only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by MRPEPTIDE are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and research purposes only.

The products are not supplied for:

  • human or animal consumption;

  • administration to humans or animals;

  • medical, therapeutic or diagnostic use;

  • treatment, prevention or diagnosis of any disease;

  • use as a medicine, medicinal product or active pharmaceutical ingredient;

  • use in food, beverages or dietary supplements;

  • use in cosmetics or cosmetic manufacturing;

  • veterinary use;

  • household or recreational use.

Products must not be introduced into the human or animal body by injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application or any other route.

By purchasing a product, you agree that it will be used only for legitimate research purposes and handled by appropriately trained individuals in a suitable environment.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate handling, storage, containment and disposal procedures and for consulting available product documentation before use.

4. No medical advice

Information available on the website is provided solely for general technical, educational and research-related purposes.

Product descriptions, references to published research, biological pathways or investigated effects:

  • do not constitute medical advice;

  • do not recommend or encourage human use;

  • do not provide dosing or administration instructions;

  • are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;

  • must not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

For legal and regulatory reasons, our customer-support team cannot provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, administration instructions or guidance relating to human use.

5. Customer accounts

You may be permitted or required to create an account to access certain website features.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and current information;

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • restricting access to your account;

  • notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access;

  • all activity conducted through your account.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or use another customer’s account without permission.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe that:

  • these Terms have been violated;

  • information provided is false or misleading;

  • the account is associated with fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;

  • products are being purchased for a prohibited purpose;

  • suspension is necessary to protect customers, our business or third parties.

6. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, quantities, images, prices and availability accurately. Minor differences in packaging, labels, color, appearance or presentation may occur between batches and website images.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Packaging may be updated without prior notice, provided that the essential product characteristics remain materially unchanged.

Certificates of Analysis and laboratory results relate only to the batch identified in the relevant document. Results from one batch must not be interpreted as applying to every past or future batch.

Purity statements describe the analytical result or specification associated with the relevant product or batch. They do not constitute approval for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or human application.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update product information where reasonably necessary.

7. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it is currently available or that an order will be accepted.

We may:

  • limit the quantity available to a customer;

  • temporarily remove a product;

  • substitute updated packaging;

  • decline an order;

  • cancel an unavailable item and issue the applicable refund.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you or refund the affected item.

8. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we:

  • send an explicit order-acceptance confirmation; or

  • dispatch the order,

whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

  • unavailable stock;

  • incorrect pricing or product information;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;

  • incomplete customer information;

  • shipping restrictions;

  • compliance concerns;

  • suspected prohibited use;

  • technical or operational error.

If payment has already been collected for an order we do not accept, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Prices, currency and taxes

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in euros (“EUR”).

The total price, available delivery options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

If you pay using a currency other than EUR, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion fees. We do not control these charges.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or administrative error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply to certain destinations. Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law.

10. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed by independent payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;

  • the payment information provided is accurate;

  • sufficient funds or credit are available;

  • the transaction does not violate applicable law.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or identified as potentially fraudulent.

Promotional codes:

  • must be used before the stated expiry date;

  • may be restricted to specific products or customers;

  • cannot normally be exchanged for cash;

  • cannot be combined unless expressly stated;

  • may be cancelled if obtained or used fraudulently.

11. Shipping and fulfilment

We currently deliver to supported European destinations shown at checkout. Additional international destinations may be introduced in the future.

Orders are processed through external fulfilment partners within our European distribution network. The dispatch location is selected according to stock availability, destination and expected delivery time.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be divided into separate shipments. Where this happens, tracking information may be provided separately.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

  • carrier delays;

  • public holidays;

  • weather conditions;

  • customs procedures;

  • incorrect address information;

  • security checks;

  • events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to you or to a person designated by you, subject to mandatory applicable law.

12. Delivery inspection and reporting problems

You should inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact shop@mrpeptide.eu as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • photographs of the external packaging;

  • photographs of the product and label;

  • any relevant carrier documentation.

Keep the product, packaging and shipping materials until we confirm whether they are required for assessment or return.

Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

13. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where mandatory consumer law applies, eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, you must notify us through a clear statement sent to shop@mrpeptide.eu before the relevant period expires.

You are normally responsible for direct return-shipping costs unless:

  • the product is defective;

  • the wrong product was supplied;

  • we agree to cover the cost;

  • applicable law requires otherwise.

Returned products must be handled responsibly and returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our support team.

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed or compromised.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods.

14. Storage and handling

Storage requirements may vary depending on the product and whether it remains lyophilised or has been reconstituted.

Upon delivery, unopened lyophilised peptide products should generally be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C, protected from light and moisture, unless the product label states otherwise.

Short-term transport at normal ambient temperature may be acceptable for sealed lyophilised products where supported by the relevant product specifications. Products should nevertheless be refrigerated promptly after delivery and protected from excessive heat, direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.

After reconstitution, follow the storage conditions and recommended period stated in the relevant product instructions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, reconstituted material should be protected from light and repeated warming and cooling cycles.

Always follow:

  • the product label;

  • product-specific documentation;

  • our Peptide Storage Guide;

  • applicable laboratory safety procedures.

Do not use a product if its seal is damaged, its identity is uncertain or its appearance indicates possible contamination or deterioration.

15. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use products for human or animal administration;

  • purchase products for a prohibited or unlawful purpose;

  • relabel products for use as medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics;

  • make false medical or therapeutic claims concerning our products;

  • resell products without our written authorisation;

  • misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications or intended use;

  • bypass account, verification, payment or security controls;

  • interfere with the website or introduce malicious code;

  • scrape, copy or extract website data without permission;

  • use the website to violate another person’s rights;

  • engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;

  • use our branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised relationship.

Suspected violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, termination of access and, where appropriate, referral to payment providers or competent authorities.

16. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including:

  • the MRPEPTIDE name and branding;

  • logos;

  • product presentation;

  • photographs and graphics;

  • molecular or scientific illustrations;

  • website design;

  • text and product descriptions;

  • downloadable materials;

  • databases and software,

are owned by or licensed to Conspiracy Ventures Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal or internal research-related purchasing purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, republish or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

No right or licence to use our trademarks, branding or other intellectual property is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

17. Reviews, feedback and submitted content

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit it;

  • it is accurate and not misleading;

  • it does not violate applicable law;

  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;

  • it does not contain unlawful medical claims;

  • it does not promote human or animal use of research-only products.

We may moderate, reject or remove submitted content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate for the website.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use content you voluntarily submit for operating and promoting the website.

18. Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment providers, couriers and social-media platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • third-party content;

  • availability of third-party services;

  • their privacy or security practices;

  • separate terms imposed by those providers.

Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be subject to separate terms.

19. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:

  • maintenance;

  • updates;

  • security reasons;

  • technical failures;

  • legal or regulatory compliance;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability where liability may lawfully be excluded.

20. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • website content is provided for general research and informational purposes;

  • no guarantee is made that website content is complete, current or suitable for a particular research objective;

  • products must be independently assessed by the purchaser for suitability within their authorised research context;

  • references to third-party research do not constitute endorsement of a particular use;

  • no medical, clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic relationship is created.

These disclaimers do not exclude product descriptions, express commitments or statutory guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;

  • wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable;

  • breach of mandatory consumer rights;

  • any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

For customers acting in the course of business, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity;

  • loss of anticipated savings;

  • loss of data;

  • loss arising from prohibited, unauthorised or improper use of a product.

For business customers, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

Mandatory rights available to consumers remain unaffected.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers acting in a professional or business capacity agree to indemnify Conspiracy Ventures Inc. against reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising from:

  • prohibited use of a product;

  • unlawful resale or relabelling;

  • false or misleading representations about our products;

  • violation of these Terms;

  • infringement of third-party rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

23. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier disruption;

  • natural disasters;

  • severe weather;

  • labour disputes;

  • war, civil unrest or terrorism;

  • epidemic or public-health restrictions;

  • government action;

  • customs delays;

  • failure of utilities, communications or payment networks;

  • cyberattacks despite reasonable safeguards.

This section does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have been provided with information about how we process personal data. Consent is requested separately where consent is the applicable legal basis.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business operations, technology or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless:

  • required by law;

  • the change benefits the customer;

  • the customer expressly agrees.

Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use and future orders.

26. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence.

Customers acting in a business or professional capacity agree that courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Consumers may bring proceedings before any court available to them under mandatory applicable law.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact shop@mrpeptide.eu so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

28. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be expressly confirmed in writing.

29. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of assets or transfer of the business, provided that this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

30. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any applicable written order confirmation, constitute the agreement between you and Conspiracy Ventures Inc. concerning use of the website and purchase of products.
